Your liaison will know you well enough to know exactly what you need to stay on track, your wellbeing and progression is just as important to them as it is to you, they want to see you thrive!

When you have no one else keeping an eye on you or keeping track of your tasks, it is easy to blow off days or responsibilities here or there, which can lead to a development of bad habits.
