Have you lost your spark? Feel desirable again!

It’s no secret that the best way to feel desirable is to be confident, you’ll feel better about yourself and men will be attracted to that spark that is radiating from you. But actually being confident is the tricky part. Is “fake it until you make it” a good enough philosophy to live by, we certainly don’t think so. There are many things you can do to help boost how you feel about yourself which will ultimately increase your confidence. It’s not faking it, it is take the right steps for confidence to be natural instead of forced. It’s creating good habits. It’s stepping out of your comfort zone to make amazing things happen.

Here are a few things you can do to build the confidence you need to feel better about yourself:

Practice Good Posture

Stand tall. This doesn’t show arrogance, this exuberates confidence. In a world that has many people who are hunched over, show that you can stand tall no matter what is weighing you down. Your shoulders back and your head held high gives a sense of strength, embrace it.

Make Eye Contact

Now-a-days it seems like people are always avoiding making eye contact with one another, don’t do this. Whether you’re speaking to a person, notice them at a restaurant or bar, or are simply just walking down the street, look into their eyes. You may wonder why you should do this, but the real question is, why are you avoiding their eyes in the first place?

Wear clothes that accentuate your assets

It’s more than the saying, “dress to impress,” goes. It’s about wearing things that are not only comfortable but show off your body in a positive way. If you like the way you’re outfit makes your body look, odds are other people will notice it, too. Be proud of what you have and work it.

Think Positive

It’s easy to look in the mirror and find things to complain about, but instead, point out the things you love about yourself. Whether it’s your perfectly sculpted eyebrows, your defined curves, or your pretty feet, there’s always something to be grateful about: focus on these things. Positive thinking can go a long way from mood to attitude to confidence. Think better, feel better.

Acknowledge Your Strengths and Weaknesses

This goes hand in hand with thinking positive. Picking out your weaknesses is easy, whether it be in social environments or at work, but what about your strengths? Are you great at meeting people, sports, cooking, etc? Acknowledge that you have strengths, things that make you who you are, and do them! Life is not only about improving your weaknesses but also perfecting your strengths. You’ll only become more confident in what you’re good at with practice.

The best way to find your inner confidence, is to know who you are. Warping yourself into something you are not will only make you feel worse, confidence comes from knowing who you are and embracing those qualities. Be the best you by staying true to who you are. It’s up to you to love yourself and be confident in who you are because that is what is desirable, the person you allow other people to see!
