How they work

MONQ is a modern aromatherapy delivery device in which breathing in creates a gentle
suction activates a small battery which heats up the aromatherapy liquid which is
absorbed onto a cotton wick. As the aromatherapy liquid heats up, it turns into a mist
consisting of water vapor and carbon dioxide, along with the aromatic compounds
released by the heating of the essential oils. You take this mist into your mouth,

Considerations

Almost everyone can use MONQ! While the diffuser is legal for those under 18, it is not always encouraged. Women who are pregnant or nursing should not use MONQ. Some blends contain plants that are on the list of essential oils the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy recommends pregnant and nursing women avoid. Those with chronic pulmonary conditions such as asthma or COPD should also avoid use.
